NDIS
YPA is an accredited NDIS provider. We can facilitate access to a variety of equipment and mobility aids funded through the NDIS to enhance your quality of life. If you meet NDIS eligibility criteria or have received approval for treatment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support Program (HCP / CHSP)
YPA work closely with Case Managers and Home Care Package Coordinators to provide exceptional Allied Health services in the community. We collaborate with community package providers and their clients to establish treatment goals that are both realistic and sustainable in terms of frequency and duration.

Self-funded
Clients have the option to privately pay for our services, with rebates accessible for those covered under private health insurance. For details regarding rebates tailored to your circumstances, we recommend reaching out to your private health insurer.

Chronic Disease Management (CDM)
We honor Chronic Disease Management plans (aka Ehanced Primary Care Plan or EPC) through Medicare. Clients are responsible for covering the full consultation fee and may claim the Medicare rebate if they qualify.

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)
YPA are a registered DVA provider. We offer our services from our clinic locations only. To be eligible for DVA services, you must provide a referral from either your Medical Specialist, Treating Hospital Doctor or Hospital Discharge Planner.

Workers Compensation
Your Physio Advantage supports individuals impacted by injury, illness, or disability in the workplace using a range of methods, such as manual therapy, movement exercises, functional training, education, and guidance.
