Meet Sarah Marten: Occupational Therapist Making a Difference

At Your Physio Advantage, we value passionate therapists who are dedicated to supporting their clients’ well-being. Sarah Marten, one of our Occupational Therapists, brings enthusiasm, care, and a strong desire to make a difference in people’s lives.

Sarah chose occupational therapy because she wanted to work in health and help people achieve what matters most to them. She loves getting to know her clients, understanding their unique needs, and supporting them in maintaining their independence and quality of life.

Before joining YPA, Sarah worked as a Pharmacy Technician in oncology pharmacy, gaining valuable experience in the healthcare sector. She has also been a swim teacher for primary school children and a volunteer netball coach, highlighting her dedication to working with and supporting others.

Outside of work, Sarah stays active by playing netball and going on long walks. A fun fact—she and her mum play netball together on Saturdays! She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether that’s relaxing with a Netflix night or heading out to events.

Sarah chose to work with Your Physio Advantage because of its encouraging and supportive culture. She loves the opportunity for both personal and professional growth and appreciates being part of a team that values collaboration. What she enjoys most is the ability to make a meaningful impact in her clients’ lives while constantly learning from both her clients and colleagues.
